As the Information Security Lead at Embark you will be a gamemaker in a team focused on enabling all the teams in the studio to create new ways to enhance experiences in interactive entertainment. You will act as a liaison and drive security related efforts between various teams at Embark as well as other third parties when necessary.
Example of responsibilities
- Drive information security related decision making with key stakeholders in and outside the studio.
- Setting general information security strategy and plans
- Establish and manage processes and policies for how we protect information and information technology at Embark.
- Establish and manage processes and policies for how we identify & manage information security related risks and issues.
- Plan and manage information security incident response.
- Be a point of contact for all information security related matters.
- Be a teacher, driver and coordinator for information security to the rest of the company.
We would love if you have
- Experience in leading information security efforts in a SaaS environment.
- An understanding of relevant security frameworks, standards and regulations.
- Experience in identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities and explaining how to avoid them.
- Experience in penetration testing and techniques.
- Experience in working in a big data context, preferably involving consumer/user data
- An understanding of how to secure cloud environments and distributed systems.
- Project management and team leadership experience.
- An analytical and organized mind.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for interactive experiences, games and new technologies.
