As a Content Creators Lead at Embark, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a healthy ecosystem of content creators, youtubers, streamers, news outlets, cosplayers, and all other great folks whose passion will add to the experience of our players.
You will be working closely with both the community, game and art teams to lead projects that add value to content creators and facilitate their craft in a multitude of ways.
The first title you will be working on is an unannounced, co-operative action game, born from the minds of some of the most talented people in the games industry.
Example of responsibilities
- Interact with content creators on a daily basis
- Organise listening activities so we always are on top of their needs
- Contribute to the strategy of innovation Embark is developing in that field
- Manage projects that involve many different disciplines in the studio and aim at delivering value to content creators
- Report on the health of the ecosystem using compiled data
- Find the relevant creators we want to partner with, especially in the context of game launches
- Collaborate with the rest of the publishing team on campaigns
We would love if you have
- An energetic, social personality
- A strong knowledge of the landscape of content creators on youtube and twitch - specifically in the shooter genre
- An organized mind who can keep track of multiple projects run in parallel
- The ability to interact with players in the public space in a positive way
- A savviness when it comes to dealing with conflicting opinions on the internet
- A passion for games - specifically in the shooter genre
Additionally one or some of these would be a great bonus
- Experience with working with content creators
- Experience with video games publishing
- Experience or education in brand management
