Elo Hell Esports is looking for a Full Stack Developer to help in all aspects of our business. We want someone who’s just as excited about cool UI as they are around elegant operational designs, and killer streaming solutions. EHE has a dedicated staff, a large volunteer family, and an even larger gaming community that is passionate and eager to be a part of great things. We need a full stack developer that can speak to these needs and help us build cool things in a fun way. This person would help guide volunteers on their passion projects and work to grow our business capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve all of our web properties
• Collaborate with Art, Content, Events, and Broadcast leaders to build solutions that solve business problems
• Constantly ridicule all previous technical decisions
• Have fun

Must Haves:

• A good sense of humor
• A passion for esports and gaming
• Knowledge of technologies (including but limited to) NodeJS, PHP, and Python
• Knowledge of development best practices (including DevOps methodologies and CICD)
• Experience with is online streaming or broadcast technologies
• Experience with video encoding, content detection and interface design
• Tools can be taught, but have opinions about what works and why

Nice to haves:

• Knowledge of Operational Technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Cloud Infrastructure)
