We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our company to help drive the large growth we are seeing in 2021.

About Us:

Elo Hell Esports provides top-tier white label services ranging from broadcast, tournament management, and creative solutions for Blizzard, Generation Esports, Battlefy, and many others. Our largest project to date is Blizzard’s Contenders Gauntlet, an event spanning over the NA and EU regions with a full turnkey service required. Proving that there is no demand too big for EHE.

The Role:

  • Work with the Business Director to develop new lines of business.
  • Locate new business opportunities in the market by using your knowledge of the esports space and multiple titles.
  • Lead generation; using your sophisticated understanding of social media and various online technologies, to identify key prospects.
  • Pitch our services to qualified prospects and negotiate the deal from start to finish.
  • Serve as a representative of Elo Hell Esports by providing clients with outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

  • Have 2+ years of sales experience
  • A proven history of lead generation, within or outside of the esports industry.
  • You’re able to demonstrate a key understanding of esports and the different competitive scenes.
  • Show that you are able to maintain and grow multiple relationships with key partners.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and keep up to date with the esports ecosystem.
