Eliphant is a leading gaming and esports specialist in Southeast Asia, better known as the organiser of GameStart Asia and SEA Major. We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our support team.

Please note that this position is a one year contract, with the possibility of extension at the end of the year.

Scope of Work

• Report to the Design Lead and provide graphic and web design support for our marketing, events and production teams.
• Create static and GIF assets for marketing and events, including social media, ad campaigns, flyers and large scale design for backdrops and event signages
• Simple web design, working with our developers to update existing websites and create new project-based microsites
• Play an active role in brainstorming ideas for in-house and client projects
• Willing to learn simple video editing to create social media content, trailers, tournament and event highlights from recorded footage
• Willing to learn to design overlays for live stream production
• Assist with event and project operations when required
  

Base Stats

• Ideally diploma and above
• Minimum one year relevant experience
• Works well with a team and is able to contribute ideas
• Independent and efficient worker, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative, innovative, curious and constantly looks for new formats and ways to create engaging designs
• Responsible, keen and quick learner, must have drive and pride in your work
  
• Strong attention to detail and attentive to instructions
  
• Must be able to work irregular hours and weekends (including live coverage of tournaments and event in US and EU timezones)

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with ad and post image guidelines especially for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Twitch
  
• Knowledge and experience in video editing
• Fluent in any other Asian language
  
• Experience in tournament or event organising
