We are looking for a Talent Mobility Coordinator to join our team. The Mobility Coordinator is part of the Talent & Career Mobility team within the Talent Acquisition function. You will support the Mobility team in the coordination of employees’ moves, providing daily support with Mobility activities with EA’s relocation providers. This is a temporary contract for 6 months with an option to extend, depending on needs. You will report to the Manager of Talent & Career Mobility.

The Mobility Coordinator will organize the information in our knowledge base for easier access and promote consistency within the library. This includes the instructions manuals, templates, policy documents, and process documentations. Additionally, they will rebrand our external-facing resources to align with our latest format and images.

They will also create reports and gather the required information for other mobility activities, such as coordinating for necessary approvals and assessments by using the pre-defined templates.

You will partner with the Talent & Career Mobility global team on the daily operations and promote global consistency across the regions. They will also manage the renewal of purchase orders annually and process monthly invoice from the service providers and support the team with general administration associated with mobility.

What we are looking for in our next Mobility Coordinator:

  • Good attention to detail, and able to follow processes and guidance.
  • Comfortable working with changing priorities.
  • Experience working in coordination roles would be helpful.
  • Willingness to take on tasks and projects, improving operational processes.
  • Passionate about delivering a first-class service to stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office collaborative tools.
  • Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
