The Specialist, Lifecycle Strategy will join the Lifecycle Strategy team, reporting to the Manager, Lifecycle Strategy. Our team's primary goal is to motivate players to engage with EA games by delivering content at key moments in the player’s journey. The team focuses on applying behavioral data and automation tools to provide personalized messages, at scale. The team achieves enterprise-wide solutions that allow for multichannel messaging and power new digital business models. You will be part of the "EA Games" pillar on the lifecycle strategy team and work on Shooter, Role Playing Games (RPG) and Simulation games including Apex Legends, Dragon Age and the Sims franchises.

As a lifecycle specialist you create messages from the player's first experience entitling the game to churn prevention triggers to keep them coming back. You work with multiple teams across Brand, MARCOM, Studio and Analytics to ensure players get the right message at the right time.

In This Role, You Will

  • Work with Lifecycle Strategy team to decide when, where and what content our players see at important moments in their journey
  • Support the team with coming up with ways to increase the lifetime value of our players
  • Build strategies that guide how game teams take advantage of the tools and tech available to them
  • Manage global plan, content briefs and content calendar
  • Use data and analytics to create new content ideas and approaches
  • Follow content, social, and digital trends and best practices within and outside the gaming industry

You'll Need These Skills Or Qualities

  • Strategic. You have experience connecting several insight sources into a cohesive message
  • Influential: You've worked with different teams and have experience driving change, finding gaps and offering solutions
  • Advocacy. You're accustomed to representing the voice of the customer/player and the team you represent
  • Passionate about connecting players to the entertainment that they will love

2+ years of experience in email, engagement/lifecycle marketing, MarTech or system automation

The role will be based in either our Orlando, FL location or Redwood Shores, Ca.
