Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective marketing campaigns, including performance marketing
  • Partner with operators and commercial teams to drive GTM planning and execution
  • Deeply understand Global and Regional plans and influence key local partners and operator marketing
  • Influence cross-functional, regional and global teams, representing China player needs and motivations
  • Leads local marketing reporting & effective in analysing & setting KPI’s

Skill Requirements:

  • 8+ years China senior marketing experience - digital-focus, performance marketing is preferred
  • Strong UA / PBM skillset including analysis and feeding into partner plans
  • Strong team player
  • Experience of managing and influencing large operators and partners
  • GTM strategy and planning experience in China
  • Experience either working at/with large gaming platforms & operators is preferred
  • Experience in working at/with multi-national companies is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Strong understanding of China market nuances and local gaming culture
  • Mobile/online sports game marketing exposure is preferred
