We are looking for individuals to promote the EAP business and grow our already experienced global production team.

The Challenge Ahead
You will be a person who enjoys working with a variety of independent studios on the production of multiple games. You will ensure there are credible plans and budgets in place and that the studios are set up for success. You will also work with the studios’ development management team to ensure that there is a development process for the projects to allow them to meet their goals of on budget, on time and quality game releases. You will use your experience to help influence and develop the partner studios, ensuring they are connected to the right people and teams within the EA organisation to achieve successful launches and ongoing support of amazing gaming experiences.

You Will

  • Be present in the main local EA studio at the start of each week to connect with the EAP team and other EA partners. Attending team meetings, updating on your project priorities and building great internal relationships.
  • Travel to partner studios.
  • Work with your assigned development teams and where necessary, providing coaching to help use your experience to develop the partner studios’ Producers and Development Directors to achieve our collective goals.
  • Ensure that the development partner studio is connected with and talking to the right people and teams within EA to help mitigate risks and keep development on track.

You Need

  • Experience managing large projects and playing a prominent part as a studio leader.
  • Experience implementing project management principles and practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of game operations acquired from 10+ years’ experience in project management on AAA game franchises or similar software development projects.
  • Experience working with external partners.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally to support partner studios in ongoing productions and potential evaluations of new projects.
  • Experience building new business or franchises.
