We are looking for an experienced Test expert for FC Mobile in Shanghai.

Role Overview

  • You will partner with the development team to build a game quality plan for the assigned area throughout the game development cycle to ensure to meet the highest quality.

  • You will need to create a White-box test plan, corresponding test cases, and testing script.

  • You will work with us to analyze bugs to accelerate "Bug Flow" between internal and external (including overseas) partners

  • You will work with us to research defects to provide detailed insight to different departments and studio teams.

  • You will work with us provide feedback on features with issues to improve in-game features by using solid data analysis to support the suggested changes.

  • You will perform a variety of testing types across multiple features - exploratory testing, requirements-based testing, ad hoc testing, and regression testing.

  • You will analyze potential risks to features and systems and escalate.

  • Coordinate and adapt test efforts and ensure that these are with the project's overall priorities and strategy.

  • Monitor test activities or processes focus based on the project needs and different department and studio teams to adapt the strategy.

  • Define and contribute to project documentation, such as test, feature, or automation briefs.

  • Recognize changes toward existing priorities and strategy.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of white-box testing experience.

  • Experience with one of the code languages (C++/Python/Java/JavaScript…).

  • Experience with SQL/MySQL or another similar database knowledge.

  • Excellent debugging experience using tools to help debug.

  • Experience with QAs' involvement throughout the development cycle.

  • Proficiency in oral, listening, reading, and writing English.

  • Experience identifying risks and escalate to be applicable during the project testing schedule.

  • Understand software development life cycle, practices, and software engineering methodologies and their application to development and QA.

  • Experience with Power BI or other similar data analysis tools.
