Program Manager, IDCSR Communications, Events & Operations

The Inclusion, Diversity & Corporate Social Responsibility (IDCSR) team enables this framework through strategy and programming focused on our people, our culture and our community. We are looking for a Program Manager, IDCSR Communications, Events, and Operations. Reporting to the Director, Program Management - Inclusion, Diversity, Corporate Social Responsibility, the role will lead the IDCSR integrated communications strategy, project manage internal and external events, and contribute to the ongoing operational excellence of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for creating, implementing and executing all of IDCSR collaterals and channels of communications (ie., EA World, newsletters, executive comms, social media posts, employee policies, EA.com website content, etc) in partnership with IDCSR PM’s and specific stakeholders. In doing so, you will help leverage insight from our employees and various I&D programs, driving a sense of belonging and inclusion while also amplifying our employer brand, ensuring consistency across a variety of touchpoints.
  • You will develop the IDCSR calendar, company-wide newsletters, full presentations and speeches for use when addressing I&D related topics.
  • You will shape, build, and keep IDCSR content current on internal Company pages, Slack and operational websites, driving traffic to the pages. Regularly measuring and adjusting programming based on metrics and feedback.
  • You will partner with IDCSR Program Managers and the Internal/External Events team to produce events of different sizes (i.e. Inclusion Summits, conferences, industry collaborations, etc.) will establishing best practices for IDCSR event production.
  • You will work with Employer Branding to develop IDCSR branding assets and coordinate appropriate IDCSR communications in partnership with the Program Management Office and Corporate Communications.
  • You will partner with the Director of Program Management - Inclusion Diversity & Corporate Social Responsibility on efforts to promote team operational excellence (i.e. team hygiene, internal team communications, efforts to connect the portfolio of work).
  • You will conduct international and domestic travel, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of event planning, operations, and/or program management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Develop project plans, risk mitigation plans and basic financial planning
  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion and commitment to inclusion and diversity
  • Excellent change management skills; comfortable with ambiguity and constant change
