EA’s Studios Technology Group requires a Production Coordinator to support our DRE and TnT teams. The role is based in Vancouver and supports our globally distributed team with staff across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.

Reporting to the Head of Operations for DRE, you will be the glue for the team and have a passion for excellence. Enthusiasm, combined with relevant administrative experience are crucial in this role. You will be encouraged to become an essential contributor and social advocate; and be a role model for healthy team spirit.

Responsibilities

Leadership Support

  • With direction, provide routine calendar support by owning recurring meeting invites and taking minutes as required

  • Calendar support for senior leaders

  • Organize quarterly team Town Hall meeting

Business Administration

  • Organize the onboarding of new hires to ensure account and equipment setups have been completed before they start, coordinate with Recruiting, HR, IT, and managers; provide orientation and initial introductions.

  • Assist with electronic purchase orders including hardware/software, office supplies, and team SWAG

  • Provide company procedure information to team members regarding purchasing, expenditures, travel, use of facilities, and equipment used

  • Contract management through Salesforce

  • Align with other Production Coordinators where consistency in approach is needed. Provide back-up support when needed

Team Culture

  • Run the team Social Committee

  • Organize in-person events for local staff

  • Organize virtual events for distributed staff

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience

  • Proficiency in business productivity tools (e.g. G suite, MS Office)

  • Creative, enthusiastic team player

  • Experiences in event planning and team building activities
