Product Manager – Live Services

Location - EA Hyderabad

The Hyderabad office represents one of EA Mobile’s largest development organizations with more than 700 passionate mobile game experts involved in game development, testing, production and distribution. The game development studio is a team within this organization that is committed to building and running live services for some of EA’s top games.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the Game Live Ops planning, and in setting up in-game actions and promotions.

  • Collaborate with Live Producer, Product Manager & Game stakeholders to define promotions & event strategy on Live Games.

  • Drive monthly goals and targets for the studio team Create by executing contests, events, and promotion plans

  • Analyze and report key performance indicators, develop & test hypothesis to improve engagement and retention

  • Perform Market research, define benchmark Goals & performance to define best in-class Live Ops strategy

Recommended Skills and Experience:

  • Work experience with free to play games

  • Result driven approach with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter, able to identify obstacles and work through solutions

  • Basic knowledge of programming languages is an asset (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
