You are part of EA’s Customer Experience organization that strives to be known for taking care of players. You will lead a product line to improve existing and develop new player experiences. You’ll work with a variety of team members to design the products in your portfolio. You will gain insights from studios and other organizations to help guide your product roadmap. You'll lead the product through the lifecycle to ensure our Customer Experience offerings support the strategy and goals of EA. In some cases, you may lead a team of product managers that work within your product portfolio. You will report to the Director of Product Management.

You’re here to transform the player experience for EA games. You will research and understand what experiences players are looking for to establish a vision, strategy, success metrics and a multi-year roadmap for your product line. You’ll work with partners and external team members to understand how to help them and exceed player expectations. You will prioritize features or releases to ensure we meet our short-term goals while moving towards the long-term vision and oversee product implementation across teams. You will perform portfolio management activities, including budget oversight, measurement, and fiscal year planning. You are the go-to person for any issue or escalation within your product line. You will gather insights and analyze information from within EA and its studios to measure your product line's success and reduce risks.

You are an expert product manager and great at business analysis, design thinking, and can frame and tell the story to all levels. You are always assessing the trends of customer experience and the gaming and interactive entertainment industries. You balance long-term strategy work with daily tasks. You are successful at leading complex teams and might have experience with people management. You empower teams to achieve and also meet your overall goals. You have experience in an industry-leading customer experience organization, in gaming or entertainment . You can collaborate, influence and gain alignment across product management organizations. You don’t mind getting a technical and have worked with account security and/or language and image detection filtering products or programs. You have experience advocating for and building safe and secure experiences for users.

  • Have 7+ years of relevant experience in a Product Management role
  • Enjoy generating new ideas and can develop a strategy to achieve that vision
  • Like creating and testing new products to foster experiences
  • Prefer managing products from ideation through development to execution

  • Succeed in an environment a rapid pace or constant changes
