You will join the team as a People Operations Coordinator for a 6-month contract. You will report to the Senior Manager of People Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume of requests specifically on Flexible Work Model arrangements, providing support and troubleshooting on tasks.
  • Tracking Flexible Work Model arrangements within Workday and updating these to ensure information remains up-to-date and accurate.
  • Maintain the Flexible Work Model Google Sheets tracker and verifying that all requests are added to the corresponding tabs.
  • Issue paperwork on a global scale, following country requirements for Flexible Work Model arrangements.
  • Update documentation/guides on Flexible Work Model arrangements so the contents remain current.
  • Partnering with Talent Mobility to ensure requests are dealt with promptly that meet the service level agreements set and that all information is provided.
  • Thoroughly understand the Flexible Work Model process and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience quickly responding and managing multiple requests at one time.
  • Creative thinker who sees the possibilities, is open to applying new thinking and first-time solutions and is passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
  • Capability to problem solve and think critically through special situations and employee queries.
  • High attention to detail and documentation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Well versed in Google Drive, MS Office - has strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills.
  • Experience completing projects efficiently and within regular fixed deadlines.
  • Understand and exhibit "customer-first" thinking and design.
  • Workday (HRIS System) and ticketing system experience.
