About the team: Data and Analytics (DnA)

Data and Analytics (DnA) is a team within the Fusion organization that partners with our game development teams to bring actionable insights through data that help improve player experiences. We aim to be the best in class AI team in the gaming industry by maximizing fun for EA players through easier deployment of AI driven solutions for game makers.

Role Overview

The Data & Analytics (DnA) Team is looking for an Production Coordinator with 3 or more years experience. Reporting to the DnA Head of Operations, you will support our team and partner with co-workers to ensure we are operating smoothly. This position is remote-friendly.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new hires; coordinate with Recruiting, HR, IT and managers, ensure desk/equipment setup, initial introductions

  • Coordinate business travel, visas and support with travel policy-related questions

  • Space management for our office locations

  • Organize and coordinate logistics for team events with team members in hybrid and remote work setups

  • Collaborate with IT to track and maintain software purchasing for the team as needed

  • Support leaders to keep track of team travel, entertainment and procurement expenses

  • Coordinate international shipping for packages for the team including corporate gifts and merchandise

  • Support and coordinate team-building activities and any initiatives to promote team culture

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in an administrative environment

  • High reliability and organized

  • Prioritize tasks and be highly independent

  • Strong planning, organizing, and scheduling abilities

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, common functions in Excel and the ability to pick up on new programs quickly
