Program Manager, North America | Next-Generation Talent (NGT)

EA’s Next-Gen Talent (NGT) team is searching for an enthusiastic NGT Program Manager to join our team and guide our efforts in interns and full-time early career talent recruiting. You will understand recruitment requirements, lead programs, ensure inclusivity is woven into the fabric of everything we do, and act as an ambassador for EA with Next-Gen Talent in the US and Canada. You will partner with the broader NGT team to provide an exceptional candidate experience; ensuring that all candidates and students have a positive interaction with EA at all stages of the recruitment process. You will also heighten awareness of career opportunities in interactive entertainment through events and opportunities to connect with diverse students and programs.

What a Next-Gen Talent Program Manager does at EA:

  • Oversee strategies and programs that improve inclusive employee experience for early career talent
  • Deliver strategies and programs in partnership with a variety of stakeholders (both internal & external) to ensure all aspects of the NGT program are supported and delivered to the highest standards
  • Use insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices to help evolve intern and new grad programs for optimal effectiveness and inclusivity.
  • Identify & implement creative ideas & opportunities to improve how NGT works
  • Work together with internal and external resources to ascertain risks to program deliverables and readiness for key milestones
  • Analyze, remove, and prevent roadblocks with internal & external stakeholders to improve quality and inclusivity
  • Create efficient processes and produce regular reporting to provide a high level of data integrity, while tailoring communication per stakeholder needs
  • Monitor and analyze intern/university grad engagement scores & evaluation metrics
  • Serve as a point of contact and mentor for prospective and current interns/university grad hires and build long-term relationships to retain this talent
  • Promote the EA brand while educating intern and university grad hire populations about career opportunities at EA
  • Provide memorable and unique experiences to intern/co-op and university grad hires
  • Occasionally lead campus activities, treks and provide other ad hoc support

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years managing complex, multifaceted programs, productions or events across a variety of diverse teams and resources, both internal and external
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or Diversity & Inclusion
  • Experience presenting large volume of complex data in a streamlined, summarized way, including executive presentations
  • Direct experience working in the high-technology software or entertainment industry is desirable
  • Consultative, influential, and collaborative with all levels of team members in the organization
  • Proven ability to lead, develop & drive projects from scope to delivery
  • Values diversity, accessibility and inclusivity
  • A passion for coaching, motivating, and developing others
  • Willingness to travel occasionally throughout North America
