EA's Next-Gen Talent (NGT) team is responsible for hiring interns and University graduates across EA's teams and studios. We're looking for an enthusiastic Campus Sourcer to join our team and expand our reach with students across North America. You will develop top student engagement strategies, including events with target campuses and organizational partners. You will be an ambassador for EA, showcasing our culture, priorities, and career opportunities with Next-Gen Talent in the US and Canada. You will report to the Next-Gen Talent Manager and serve as a primary driver of the identification and engagement of qualified candidates across North America. What a Next-Gen Talent Sourcer does at EA:

  • Develop top-notch campus recruitment events and engagement opportunities at target schools
  • Promote long-term relationships with faculty, staff, and student organizations at target Universities
  • Build large virtual programs connecting EA's hiring teams and employee resource groups with candidates across US and Canada
  • Identify and engage top qualified candidates in alignment with EA's Next-Gen Talent hiring priorities
  • Full cycle recruitment for EA Orlando Next-Gen Talent hiring
  • Promote the EA employer brand while educating intern and University grad populations about career opportunities at EA
  • Collaborate in the development of Next-Gen talent plans and strategies with EA Orlando hiring teams
  • Be an expert for our teams and hiring managers providing guidance on best recruitment, onboarding, and retention practices
  • Create efficient processes and provide regular reporting on sourcing programs
  • Be a contact and mentor for prospective and current interns/University grads
  • Provide memorable and unique experiences to EA Orlando's intern/co-op and University grads
  • Introduce new creative ideas to the team to encourage future growth

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or University Programming
  • True passion for inclusivity
  • Direct experience working in the high-technology software or entertainment industry is highly desirable
  • Experienced in building varied events
  • You have an eye for detail
  • Team player with written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • You enjoy developing global relationships both inside and outside the organization
  • Ability to travel within the United States (up to 50% travel if outside of Orlando area)
