Live Services Engineer – Tools
Location: Los Angeles, CA OR Vanouver, BC
Requirements
- Be part of a small and agile team focused on the technical aspect of Apex Legends Live Service
- Focus on improving our development capacity and operating efficiency through tooling, process and automation
- Build out Tools to support ongoing feature development for our commerce platform
- Work closely with all disciplines to gather requirements, collaborate on solutions and execute on schedule
- Creates clear and concise documentation to support process and tooling.
- Able to identify blockers and work through challenging dependencies with internal and external partners
Qualifications.
- Passion for making and playing games.
- C/C++, and C# skills. Nice to have Python or other scripting language experience.
- Demonstrable experience writing performant code
- Built tools on a Live Game
- Minimum 4 years’ professional experience as an engineer on a game/tools team.
- CS degree preferred.
