Disney Sorcerer's Arena is looking for a seasoned Live Ops Producer for our Disney Sorcerer’s Arena game. With product quality and user happiness being top priorities, the DSA team needs a veteran Producer to coordinate all of our team's work, organizing a variety of disciplines including engineers, artists, designers, and QA. You will manage our day-to-day schedule and ensure that we are on time, and on a AAA quality target. DSA has an exciting content road map ahead and we are looking forward to adding to our team!

You'll most often:

  • Work with the Design, QA, and Development team to manage feature creation and iteration while maintaining quality
  • Lead the overall schedule, sprint planning, bug scrubs, spring retrospectives, and post-mortems
  • Prioritize and drive day to day product execution making sure that we are accounting for dependencies
  • Drive optimizations in the production process for all disciplines
  • Be a critical point of contact for scheduling, addressing blockers, and task issues
  • Help coordinate Triage during major game issues and outages
  • Understand our audience and innovate beyond their needs
  • Work to increase efficiency in process for development and live-ops
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Ops teams to enable optimized and smooth launches and daily operations
  • Coordinate with Content Team and Development teams on live-ops needs

Ideally, your experience will include:

  • 8+ years’ experience in producer role at outstanding games, mobile, social media, or consumer internet company
  • Experience working in Agile Development
  • Experience in Software Development
  • Understanding of LTV and revenue growth
  • Live Operations Experience nice to have
  • Natural leadership qualities, able to set a vision and lead a team around that vision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast-paced, constantly iterating environment
  • Able to juggle lots of responsibilities and requests
  • Passion for mobile gaming and gaming in general
