A writer for EA Sports titles, reporting to a Producer on our creative team, is an important partner in our overall creative process. You will contribute to the development of authenticity of our game as our studio strives for continued progress towards a competitive immersive experience and authentic presentation for our players.
Responsibilities being;
- Collaborate with the creative director, audio director, game designers, and producers to creatively blend story and game-play elements
- Partner with our audio commentary teams on ensuring immersive elements are captured for use in-game
- Stay up-to-date with recent trends not only in news presentation styles but also events within the sports world that would be relevant to the experience for our players.
Candidate requirements
- 2+ years of experience writing for sports outlets across multiple platforms and writing forms with demonstrated examples
- You will need knowledge of the tendencies and traits of American football players
