We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to join our Live Service team in North America.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and work with a team of internal designers, artists, engineers and product managers to deliver fun new reasons for players to play games on Pogo every day. You will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of Pogo player’s needs and Pogo’s key business objectives in order to plan, prioritize and deliver the right content to our players. You are a Game Product Manager and you will be accountable for the performance of new content along with improving the larger Pogo meta.

Key Responsibilities (What you will do)

  • Work with a cross disciplinary team to define, plan, prioritize, and help deliver content.

  • Analyze and interpret performance data to iterate on your plan, and communicate learnings back to the studio.

  • Be the voice of your product to the studio through presentations, reports, discussions and conversations.

  • Set strategy and drive stakeholder alignment using quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Stay in tune with the evolving needs of our players and align your product to them. Partner with Community, Product and Design leads to analyze customer feedback and to gather insights into potential improvements.

  • Manage the end-to-end product life cycle including market needs, opportunity definition, and requirements to improve Pogo's Live Services.

  • Drive competitive analysis and comparable research to identify opportunities, product gaps, and inform prioritization.

  • Collaborate across disciplines with internal and external teams, including Design, Engineering, UX, and others to ensure seamless execution of product deliverables.

  • Work closely with remote colleagues across different time zones and locations

Qualifications (What you know how to do)

  • 3+ years experience in Product Management within the game industry or a direct-to-consumer digital product or service.

  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze large datasets to produce meaningful business insights.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across a globally distributed remote team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly to a wide range of technical and non technical audiences.

  • The ability to create clear visualizations from complex data

  • Demonstrated experience building web or mobile consumer-facing products in the past

  • Experience turning high level business needs into testable hypotheses .

  • Familiarity with feature discovery and design techniques

  • Experience making and championing data-driven design and prioritization decisions.

  • A creative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast moving environment

  • Experience and passion for the casual games space.

  • Deep understanding of the game industry, trends, competition, market, etc.

  • Readiness to work with a globally distributed development team across multiple time zones.

  • Comfortable working in a fully remote work environment

Nice To Have

  • Past game development experience.

  • Past experience working on web or e commerce products

  • Familiarity with data tools like SQL / Python

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $122,300 - $170,600 USD Annually

  • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): º $104,000 - $170,600 USD Annually

  • Jersey City, NJ : º $137,300 - $170,600 USD Annually

  • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): º $111,800 - $151,800 USD Annually

  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): º $104,000 - $174,700 USD Annually

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria): º $89,300 - $123,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
