As a Game Designer on FIFA, you will report to a Game Design Lead or Director and work within the design team to deliver features, tuning and balancing, and content creation.
What you will do:
Create designs that meet the vision for the product including new ways to play, progression, economy, and reward systems.
Support the design group through thoughtful feedback.
Evolve design decisions based on regular play testing and audience feedback.
Communicate game design and design rationale with members of the team.
Receive and provide critiques in a constructive manner with suggestions and solutions for improvement.
Integrate insights from quantitative and qualitive sources to help improve design and execution.
Critically think, set goals and measure progression against those goals.
You also have the following:
5+ years experience in game design or similar field.
Love being part of a large team, working with others.
Proactive in looking for opportunities to improve yourself and the game.
