At EA, Game Designers are champions of the product. As a Senior/Lead Game Designer, you’ll be an integral member of the team, shaping our games to satisfy both hardcore and casual players, driving commercial success on a free-to-play business model.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Working with the Creative Director to direct, manage and drive the client design team for FIFA Mobile.
- Working with the Game Director and Creative Designer to help define the design with regards to every facet of the game: structure, flow, economy, mechanics…
- Leading, reviewing, and managing the design work (designs, documentation, tuning, etc) of other designers on the team.
- Ability to work in a team environment that spans multiple time zones with maturity and leadership.
- Willing to get their hands dirty to Ability to not only design but also implement designs in the game when needed (High level or basic coding skills nice to have, but not required)
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional game design experience.
- Production experience, or experience leading a team (setting deliverables and objectives, and delivering on them)
- Proven success designing mobile free-to-play games.
- Live service experience also desirable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
