Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of studio partner managers who act as the connective tissue between the in-house UA and Life-cycle quant marketers and the studios
  • You’ll work closely with Studio to ensure the broader strategy, vision, and promise to the users is reflected in the work of the quant marketers from media buying to creative to goals
  • Blocking and tackling internal and external barriers keeping the quant marketers from realizing their go-live dates, campaign goals, and creative optimization levers
  • You’ll work closely with the Quant Creative Director on perpetuating the brand and Franchise vision from Studio to Quant Marketing team
  • You are the right-hand person to the Senior Director of Quant Marketing
  • You’re a dynamic leader and understand the opportunity ahead of the Quant Marketing group building something from the ground up

Requirements

  • 8+ years in mobile operations, marketing, or project management
  • Proven excellence in managing internal studio relationships
  • Track record for managing and motivating a team
  • Experience working with or directly managing a mobile team focused on revenue goals
  • Experience working with creative production resources
  • Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) pro
  • Passion for games
