The Commercial Organization in Eastern Europe is responsible for driving the commercial success of EA in Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Turkey, Ukraine and other markets. We are accountable for ensuring we deeply understand our markets including all aspects from the front lines of the local player experience, to the activities of our competition and evolving business models. We are looking for a Commercial Franchise Manager to join our regional team in Warsaw. In this role you will be facilitating global-to-local commercial execution connecting our global product and commercial strategies with the in-market commercial efforts and regional requirements. You will also lead transition to new business models as well as champion new commercial opportunities with external partners to drive future growth for the region.

You will report to the Growth Strategy Lead for Eastern Europe working in close partnership with the Business Partner Managers, Global Commercial Organization and representatives from EA Studios, Brand and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Consolidate global product strategies, tools and resources to drive local commercial execution for our key franchises
  • Represent regional commercial requirements and influence global strategies to maximize commercial opportunities across retail and digital distribution channels
  • Represent the voice of the franchise at the regional level, both internally and with external partners driving alignment between commercial and marketing strategies
  • Lead transition to new business models evangelizing the digital focus within the commercial team and facilitating support for digital solutions in traditional channels
  • Identify and champion key regional opportunities across geographies, platforms, business models, investment strategies with a particular focus on new business partnerships

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience working with digital products or services
  • Passion for tech trends, games and entertainment industry
  • Entrepreneurial business mindset and proactive approach
  • Strategic thinking
  • Record of working in an international environment and multi-country region
  • Collaborative, team player with strong interpersonal skills and a history of working with and influencing a diverse range of partners
  • High proficiency in English
  • Good command and passion for collaboration tools
