We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to come and join Apex Legends’ Esports Brand team. The Esports Brand team delivers competitive experiences that amplify tentpole brand moments from launches to major live service beats. We leverage competitive gaming to advance the strategic priorities of our brands across new regions, platforms, target audiences, and game experiences. This role is responsible for executing the marketing playbook as presented through our esports Brand Experience Guide (BXG), which includes strategies for: Web, social, email, blog, influencers, live streams, and in-game promotion. You will be part of our Esports Brand Marketing team, reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager of Apex Legends Esports.
Responsibilities
Help drive execution of marketing initiatives by owning and managing day-to-day progress of asset development and deliverables across various channels
Coordinate with cross functional teams to track campaign performance and consolidate data in the form of a bi-weekly report
Manage the vendor onboarding process and various operational needs of the Esports Brand team
Work with EA’s agencies on campaign development and performance tracking
Qualifications
1+ years of proven working experience in marketing or operations, preferably within the gaming industry
Understanding of Paid Media, Social, Email, and Influencer marketing
Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $66,000 - $100,800 USD Annually
New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): º $59,750 - $100,800 USD Annually
Jersey City, NJ : º $73,150 - $100,800 USD Annually
Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): º $59,750 - $82,000 USD Annually
Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): º $59,750 - $90,850 USD Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
