The Associate Social Media Manager assists with our interactions with our players through implementing content strategies on our social media channels across several platforms. You will report to the Global Social Media Lead, Action Adventure.

Responsibilities

  • Contributor of global social media strategy for action-adventure titles in the EA Games catalog.

  • Collaborate with other managers across the Communications team, MarComm, Brand, and game teams to ensure succinct execution of tactics/campaign beats.

  • Help with content brainstorming and management/deployment on social media channels supporting EA Games.

  • Help with management of vendor relations and execution of deliverables, including assistance with creative review and feedback.

  • Use your copywriting ability to collaborate with teams across the organization, and to develop copy for social media.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years as a social media manager

  • Experience developing creative and engaging social media strategies, and best practices for multiple platforms

  • Social media channel management experience, with the ability to plan content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprout and Airtable.

  • Solid knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, in-platform tools, and third-party products etc.)

  • Comfortable task switching across multiple projects to meet goals and deadlines

  • Knowledge of EA's action-adventure games, including Mass Effect, Dead Space, Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, and Immortals of Aveum.

  • Open to remote talent within the Nevada market.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): $78,500 - $119,650

  • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): $73,150 - $119,650

  • Jersey City, NJ: $84,750 - $119,650

  • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): $73,150 - $97,500

  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): $73,150 - $105,250

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
