ES Singapore is looking for an accomplished, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Technical UI Designer to join our Singapore based team working on an exciting, new and unannounced project.
A Technical UI Designer at Electric Square:
Builds and implements player facing features and UI
Works closely with the UI Design and Engineering teams to help architect and implement new UI features
Tests and troubleshoots UI content
Liaises between the Design and Engineering teams to ensure features and tools are built appropriately
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in console or mobile game development with at least one released project as Designer.
- Hands-on experience with Designer tools
- Proficient with blue-print scripting in commercial or proprietary engines.
Some more things we'd love to see from you:
- Able to concisely articulate game concepts and analyse game mechanics
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry-standard development practices: source control, asset pipelines, issue tracking, external QA and localisation teams
- Exposure to post-launch on-going product development and delivery
- Programming experience
- Continuous integration and build automation experience
- Worked in an Agile development environment
- Shipped one AAA console or mobile game
