The Project Manager is responsible for planning, monitoring, executing, and delivering studio projects and partnerships.

Functions:

  • Take part in the development and updating of project business cases;
  • Monitor and communicate the progress of projects according to the innovation process in place and obtain the required support from the partners and managers concerned by the projects;
  • Ensure the budgetary follow-up of projects in partnership with the studio's programming directors;
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal and external customers;
  • Participate in the implementation of metrics that allow the productivity of studio teams to be analyzed;
  • Contribute to the development and/or upgrade of the studio's project management tools and processes;
  • Ensure that project teams have the tools at their disposal to promote planning and monitoring of objectives;
  • Analyze and anticipate the risks and obstacles to the realization of projects and propose mitigation plans in order to maximize the progress of projects;
  • Identify and plan resource needs (human, financial, material);
  • Collaborate in the correct allocation of resources in accordance with the orientations, the roadmap, and the priorities of the studio (capacity management);
  • Support creative, technical, or organizational changes and ensure change management;
  • Ensure the management and monitoring of partnerships (academic, commercial, and events).

Experience and qualities required:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma relevant to the position and/or equivalent experience;
  • At least 3 years of experience as a technology project manager (video game, R&D, cloud, machine learning, etc.)
  • PMP, SCRUM certification, an asset
  • Bilingualism (French - English)

Technical skills:

  • Experience in project planning and management;
