Job Description:

Our Business Development Manager is responsible for qualifying leads, developing sales strategies, prospecting existing and new business accounts, and engaging with prospective buyers in the UK, US and Middle East.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with senior staff to determine the range of goods and services to be sold, develop sales strategies and set sales targets
  • Prospect accounts, build relationships and secure new business
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that all leads have clean data and that all deals in the pipeline remain active
  • Research the Middle Eastern market and be the point of contact for Middle Eastern clients
  • Analyse sales figures through HubSpot
  • Analyse user feedback with the Head of Product
  • Produce and present reports on competitors, marketing campaign proposals, and marketing and sales strategies to senior management
  • Recruit and train business development junior staff and interns
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Work closely with the marketing department to create social media content in the Arabic language

Qualifications:

  • BA or MA in Esports Business

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales
  • Experience in running a macro esports project.
  • Experience in managing social media
  • Experience with Google Ads
  • Experience using HubSpot
  • English – Native/Fluent
  • Arabic – Native/Fluent
