eBash has operated in the Terre Haute area going on 14 years. With multiple locations and 3 more opening this year, eBash provides a variety of activities for the local gaming communities including All Night Parties, game specific Community Nights, and Esport Tournaments. Position Summary:

The Store Manager will monitor and coordinate the effective and efficient utilization of ggLeap through proactive and high participation work team involvement and is responsible for the administration of policies and practices of the Company in a fair and consistent manner.

Meet company objectives by managing short-term and long-term activities of management. Coordinate and manage subordinates to achieve a fun, successful environment around the eBash ethos: Play - Engage - Win.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Leadership

  • Schedule & direct activities of minions and community managers.
  • Coordinate with Operations Manager to train, develop, engage, and inspire others to meet and exceed job expectations
  • Address employee concerns, resolve problems, train, and coach employees; make recommendations on hiring and termination.
  • Create a fun, family friendly atmosphere.
  • Uphold company policies and expectations.
  • Hold team members accountable to their core roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and appraise performance of employees

2. General Tasks

  • Manage daily operations to meet sales and occupancy goals
  • Track key performance indicators, Play, Engage, Win.
  • Make recommendations for improving community activities, client utilization, and customer engagement.
  • Keep management informed of activities and significant problems.
  • Follow through on all initiatives and action steps
  • Coordinate with Operations Manager to address all quality and customer issues.
  • Accurate accountability of company assets, inventory control and ordering of weekly perishables.
  • Accurately diagnose & fix computer/client issues.
  • Daily social media management and community outreach.
  • Cleaning and general maintenance store

3. Process Improvement/Reporting

  • Conduct weekly/monthly meeting with community managers and subordinates.
  • Communicate recommendations laterally and upward regarding quality, efficiency, and staffing.
  • Report daily metrics; overall attendance, sales report, broken/expired equipment.

Position Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED. College is a plus
  • Prefer background of technical knowledge and additional troubleshooting skills in computers and gaming.
  • A passion for gaming and esports.
  • Must work effectively with others.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and in written communication
  • Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to motivate employees
  • Level 100+ Blood Elf (or equiv)
  • Able to plan and organize daily activities, analyze data, and reach to changes and challenges in the business
  • Basic math and English skills required
  • Proficient jungle skills to assist the ADC and mid
  • Ability to be flexible with days and times as the needs of the company change.
  • Must possess computer skills to include but not limited to Google docs/sheets
  • Proper customer service etiquette

Salary:

  • $10.00 /hour
