We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• On-boarding new retailers
• Taking care of bulk and custom orders
• Update e-commerce listings
• Update inventory levels to partners
• Actively manage processes to ensure all new seasonal sale and promotional activities are executed to agreed deadlines and details

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Familiar with EDI is plus
• Knowledge of E-Sports and gaming are a plus
