We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to run global performance marketing campaigns for our mobile games. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining marketing goals, design, and execute marketing campaigns that create awareness around Royal Match. You will also work closely with design, product, and technical teams to ensure the best execution and improvement of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and optimizing a large, multi-million-dollar marketing budget
  • Running and optimizing global mobile marketing campaigns on all channels such as Facebook, Google, DSPs, and Ad Networks
  • Communicating the UA strategies across departments and shareholders
  • Conducting thorough creative analysis and cooperating with the design team on new concepts
  • Driving innovation and growth through constant experiments, A/B testing across multiple platforms with a balanced approach between art and science
  • Seeking, testing, and evaluating new advertising channels, targeting and bidding methods, and automated solutions
  • Making developments and enhancements according to user needs and designing projects to further expand the brand

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably one in a quantitative discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in mobile marketing, ideally in the gaming industry
  • Proficient in excel
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
  • Creative and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong writing and editing skills
  • Passion and interest in games
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
