REPORTS TO

This role is based in Guildford and reports to the DevOps Lead

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Develop system to monitor, analyse and report processes in the CI/CD.
  • Define automation strategy and contribute to robust, scalable and high-quality, reliable test automation solutions for build verification, functional, regression and performance testing
  • Develop and support the internal build infrastructure CI/CD
  • Define best practices and provide DevOps support to create an highly effective release train to consumer facing live environments.
  • Demonstrate transparency and active communication with QA, feature teams and dev management

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Solid working knowledge of revision control systems, particularly Perforce and git.
  • Previous experience of developing and supporting CI/CD in an active team.
  • Professional experience using Python
  • Strong code review and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of existing server technologies
  • A passion for keeping up to date with emergent technologies.

WHAT ADDITIONAL SKILLS WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT?

  • Experience collaborating with an automation QA team.
  • Programming experience with C++ or C#.
  • Experience of builds systems targetting Microsoft and Sony platforms.
  • Experience using UE4
