THE ROLE

As a Talent Executive for DotX, you will be responsible for managing campaigns for our clients, identifying and onboarding new talent, and acting as a first point of contact for talent we represent. Reporting into our Head of Partnerships, this is an excellent entry-level position for those interested in esports & gaming, talent management, and influencer marketing.

This is a full-time role with working hours from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. We are a remote-first company but on occasion may require staff to come into our London office. As such, this role is open only to UK candidates.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Managing and executing talent campaigns.
  • Researching and developing new leads for talent.
  • Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for our represented talent.
  • Conducting outreach for our outbound talent campaigns.
  • Identifying and onboarding new talent.
  • Acting as a point of contact for represented talent.
  • Supporting the wider team on other tasks and duties as required.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking to hire a dedicated, driven Talent Executive to be an integral part of the DotX team. Under the guidance of our Head of Partnerships, this is an entry-level role that would suit new graduates or those looking to start their career in the esports and gaming space, with the potential for rapid advancement through strong performance in the role.

We’re looking for this candidate to be:

  • Highly organized and able to manage their time effectively to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A strong communicator across both written and verbal mediums.
  • Keen and willing to learn, with good listening skills and an ability to receive and implement feedback constructively.
  • Professional and reliable, always looking to deliver excellent work to staff and clients.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A gamer, with an interest in the industry and a knowledge of esports and the gaming community.
