We’re on a quest to add a Head of Influencer Campaigns to our team. We’re a small but mighty team & are looking for someone to take our influencer campaigns to the next level by building out our influencer department. We’re looking for someone that isn’t just a creative superstar but also is highly organised & brings plenty of experience when it comes to building & leading a team.
At Disobey, we continually evaluate our work, improve our methods & keep our fingers on the pulse of the ever-evolving world of marketing - all while breaking the rules. We, therefore, are looking for someone reliable, analytical & full of personality with the ability to emphasise with others. We work with a variety of different clients for influencer campaigns across a range of gaming genres, PC hardware & non-endemic brands, so there are lots of different aspects to orchestrate.
The role requires you to be a self-starter, coordinate & manage campaigns, clients & your team while developing unique, innovative angles for Disobey. We are excited to work with someone with a strategic mind who continually analyses & tweaks our campaigns with our client goals in mind. Paying close attention to social trends & the content creation space is a must, with a solid understanding of different content platforms.
Our campaigns aren’t just a tickbox ✅ exercise we spend a lot of time in the research & discovery phase to find the right set of diverse creators. This is a top priority to us at Disobey & we are therefore looking for someone that has strong values just like we do to ensure our campaigns don’t just feature the top 10 white boys! 🙄 It’s a must that you are already well-connected in the influencer space, understand how to work with creators & are up for joining us on our mission to shake this space up!
Build out & lead our influencer department.
Improve upon our existing influencer campaign processes across all aspects to make our workflow even more efficient & easier to scale up.
Manage our influencer team, supporting their individual development in addition to recruiting great talent as we grow.
Lead overall strategic creative briefs & strategies for all our influencer campaigns while making sure they fit the client's needs & creator audiences.
Approve talent selection, influencer briefs & reporting prior to sending them to the client.
Coordinating end-to-end campaign management, including liaising with clients via email, Google Meet & sometimes face-to-face meetings.
Help drive delivery, optimizations & troubleshooting across influencer marketing campaigns.
Develop & maintain meaningful relationships with agencies, brands, partners, clients & content creators.
Support sales pitches for prospects with early-stage influencer campaign strategies & initial talent selection.
Stay on top of industry trends, influencer ad campaigns & content creator news/updates.
Continuously improve on all existing internal content creator resources that we share with our content creators & clients.
Attending industry events where necessary to network with content creators & our clients alike. Some events may require international travel (Gamescom, TwitchCon etc.).
Develop & implement further analytical methods for even deeper reporting to clients.
Liaise with the Disobey social team on creating meaningful educational, social content for our own socials. While you aren’t required to create posts, you will be a great sounding board for our social team to identify new areas we can help educate creators on.

Has strong management skills with 2-5 years of experience leading a team & working on influencer campaigns across all major platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch & YouTube).
Is a problem solver that keeps their team motivated & is always up for solving new unknown situations.
Is a team player; you might be leading the team, but you aren’t shy to get stuck in & jump in to help your team during busy periods. We’re a small team & everyone's input matters equally.
Has a strong understanding of the developer & publisher side of gaming. You understand where pain-points lie & can identify where Disobey can bring value outside of the norm.
Gives a shit!! We have strong values & it’s important to us that our campaigns are always meeting our high standards when it comes to execution, who we work with & how we produce our work.
Understands what influencer content performs well, how to make people feel heard & knows how to engage with content creators in the right way.
Has strong experience working with developers &/or brands & communicating complex concepts in an easily understood, player-friendly manner.
Has a strong network of influencers, brands & developers.
Is a strong communicator & has great attention to detail.
Is an all-around influencer expert who is strategic, gets excited about growth & the content creation space!
Has a deep understanding of the gaming industry & has knowledge of a variety of different games/genres.
Is driven to always learn more, & better your work output.
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment & can adapt rapidly to campaign chaos. We like to plan ahead, but if a creator drops out 5 min before going live, we gotta think quickly 🏃
Weekend work may be required during campaigns.
Isn’t afraid to ask for help!
£40k-£50k (depending on experience)
Full-time, 40 Hours a week (flexitime)
Remote working. You can work from anywhere in the world as long as you are a UK resident & your main country of residence is the UK.
30 days paid holiday + paid birthdays off + 3 paid duvet days.
