The job of the talent partnerships team is to partner with our biggest evangelists to help tell our story as we continue to serve the 140 million people (and counting) who come to Discord every month. We're looking for a coordinator to support our growing team.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Partnerships, your role is to help manage processes that organize talent onboarding and optimization. As the talent partnerships coordinator, you will have a deep appreciation and drive for working with talent and their teams, and will be an important contributor to the success and health of the team.
What you'll be doing
- Research and identify talent whose values and brand align with the team's goals and OKRs.
- Work with talent and their team's to provide best practices and metrics to help them improve their server.
- Help create contracts and other internal materials.
- Minimal scheduling for team events and external presentations.
- Compile and enter data into our tracking and management systems
- Help track talent social media posts, including creating progress reports and presentations for the team.
What you should have
- 2+ years of experience in talent partnerships, account management, or influencer marketing.
- Someone who is open and creative who can think outside the box and problem solve in real time.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing the team's needs.
- Proficiency in G suite, especially spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

- Experience working at a talent agency or management company
- Familiarity with CreatorIQ, Tubular Labs, Brandwatch, Chartio, Ally, and Asana
- Already active in multiple artist's Discord servers
