Social Video Distribution Manager

Dexerto are looking for a Social Video Distribution Manager to join our video operations.

You’ll primarily be responsible for managing the planning & distribution of production-led video content across Dexerto’s social network. You’ll have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in social media video distribution processes and will have excellent knowledge of social media SEO optimization.

To be successful in your application, you will have experience in coordinating a team to publish SEO driven video content. Experience in planning & executing content-driven commercial campaigns & knowledge of the content that Dexerto covers is desirable.

Timezone: UK, Remote (10AM-6PM)


  • Liaise with Head of Operations & Head of Production to manage the planning & execution of production-led video content across Dexerto’s social network.
  • Coordinate social video campaign planning.
  • Oversee social video campaign execution.
  • QC video content, offering feedback where necessary.
  • Oversee in-house reporting, working closely with our Data Assistant & Head of Operations.
  • Perform competitor analysis.
  • Assist with rights management on social media platforms.
  • Conduct appraisals with staff.


  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in video content management & distribution.
  • Experience working in the backend of various social media platforms.
  • Aptitude in SEO optimization on YouTube and other key social media video platforms.
  • Familiar with organizational tools, such as Asana, Trello and Google Suite.
  • Familiar with social media analytics and reporting tools.


  • Previous experience managing a team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Previous experience with content-driven commercial campaigns.
  • Knowledge of video production processes
  • Strong knowledge of gaming, esports & influencer culture.
