We’re looking for a talented Senior Writer to boost the website’s gaming coverage.

The ideal candidate will know everything there is to know about Call of Duty and Warzone, will be able to break all the big news as it happens, and write tips and guides to help players get better at the game.

However, Charlie Intel covers more than Call of Duty so you need to have a good understanding of gaming beyond CoD.

You’ll need a snappy writing style and be able to craft engaging headlines that will include all the important keywords. As a result, you’ll need some SEO knowledge.

As well as writing articles for the website, you’ll be expected to post on Charlie Intel’s social media accounts. You’ll need to keep the followers up to date on the latest news as it happens, find engaging clips, post viral content, and interact with the audience.

Essential

Great knowledge of Call of Duty and other big games such as Fortnite, Apex Legends, FIFA, and more
On the pulse - on top of major news as it breaks
Able to write news and longer form features such as tips and guides
Basic Photoshop skills
Professional writing experience 1-2 years
SEO knowledge
Worked with a CMS
Social media experience (might need to run FI Twitter)
Experience of Google Analytics (or other analytics)
CMS experience
