Dexerto are looking for a remote (preferably UK based) Product Manager with strong project management skills and experience to manage our ongoing and future website development. This position is responsible for the creation and execution of product strategies and objectives.

As the world’s largest esports and gaming lifestyle website, we’re committed to improving the user experience of our readers, and require someone to manage our on-going and future developments. With over 18 million unique users visiting the website per month, we’re looking into how we can continue to disrupt the media industry with a mix of both experimental, and existing initiatives.

Responsible for product planning and execution of ongoing & future developments, the successful candidate will be conducting market research and making relevant recommendations to improve the product strategy, including proposing and monitoring A/B testing based on data and user experience.

The ideal candidate will be required to liaise between management, inhouse content teams, and outsourced developers to drive changes and ensure deadlines are met. Knowledge of website infrastructure is essential, with an understanding of media and news websites preferable.

This is a position for a self starting and dedicated individual who will take full control of developing and overseeing the product plans for assigned new and existing products. This dedicated member of staff will go beyond what is required, with the flexibility to manage issues outside of traditional working hours during emergencies and deployments, and will go above and beyond to ensure the company’s continued growth and success

  • Own computing equipment
  • Able to work full-time hours (40) without other education or job commitments.
  • Experience in A/B testing
  • Understanding of common development languages
  • Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
  • Trouble-shooting capabilities and ability to continuously improve current processes
  • Excellent understanding of media & news websites
  • Excellent understanding on how to present information and data to facilitate decision making
  • Ability to take leadership between multiple teams
  • Experience in web design and/or development
