Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

What you’ll achieve

As a Gaming Product Experience Manager you will act as the customer advocate working closely with Engineering, Product Management and Marketing to elevate the product experience and ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. You will conduct in-depth analysis to understand customer needs and challenges, optimize current solutions and identify opportunities of improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product experience and customer advocacy activities for the Gaming products
  • Develop comprehensive market research and competitive analysis
  • Work with cross functional experts and industry partners to bring an established product vision to fruition
  • Deliver executive readout to senior leadership teams

Essential Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience – preferably in Product Management
  • Excellent technology and product/engineering skills
    Advanced understanding of the Gaming industry, Consumer products and competitor offerings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex content into short, digestible, non-technical language
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and influence others to achieve results and to work effectively with senior management

Desirable Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in the Gaming industry
