You are:

• A gamer - you know that one key to designing great games is playing games. A lot. You love it
• Passionate about game design and game development
• Analytical – you have a good understanding of the ways that game systems can succeed or fail. You enjoy tweaking, balancing and fine-tuning systems to provide an exciting game experience and progression all along the game.
• Resourceful - you see constraints as a challenge and always find creative solutions to work around them
• A dedicated team player
• Keen to demonstrate ownership and responsibility

You will:

• Become a full member of our design team
• Work hands-on and create gameplay using our in-house visual scripting
• Assist in the balancing of various systems, notably progression systems
• Work closely with members of different departments (art, animation, tech)

Your specs:

• Experience with game development editors
• Good understanding of game loops, features, and systems
• Good technical knowledge
• Experience with visual scripting or programming languages
• Some knowledge of user experience is a plus
