You Will:
- Create and maintain high quality key frame animations (weight, body mechanics, timing, and facial expression)
- Integrate and clean up motion-captured animations and adapt them to the defined animation style and parameters
- Collaborate with other Animators and disciplines to create a cohesive vision and experience
- Troubleshoot and solve animation issues with all departments
- Work closely with designers to implement animations into the game engine
Your Specs:
- 2+ years of experience in the games industry
- Experience working with game engines and game animation implementation
- Expert knowledge of basic principles of animation
- Knowledge of skinning/rigging best practices
- Strong acting and staging skills with focus on expressive and dynamic posing
- Open to constructive feedback and willingness to contribute to an iterative process
- Ability to adapt to technical dependencies and limitations
- Excellent organizational, teamwork, and communication skills
- Bonus: Knowledge of 3DS Max & CAT
- Bonus: Experience with physics
- Bonus: Experience with Cinematics
