You are:
- A passionate 3D Artist, creating high-quality in-game environment assets and props
- Creative and talented artist with a very good eye for art and design
- Adept in regards to technical aspects of games and tools
- Always looking to collaborate with supporting departments and teams
- Keen to demonstrate high ownership and responsibility
You will:
- Be a champion of quality and fidelity of all in-game assets
- Mentor Junior 3D Artist in alongside the Lead and Art Director
- Create 3D models according to defined technical requirements and ensuring the quality of implemented textures
- Creating asset benchmarks for external vendors
- Work closely with Concept Artists on briefs as well as instructing on the look and feel of required assets
- Be an integral part of a competent and interdisciplinary team
- Have influence on the targeted quality of the final project
Your specs:
- 3+ years of experience in the games industry
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a strong blend of hard surface and organic work
- Great sense of form, shape and silhouette in regards to props and environmental structures
- Flexibility to adapt well to new processes and pipelines
- Open to constructive feedback and willingness to contribute to an iterative process
- Expert skills in Zbrush and Photoshop
- A wealth of experience with Substance Designer and Painter
