We are looking for a driven sourcing specialist to join our recruitment team to help manage our Software Engineering hiring pipeline. You will be helping to search for talented and ambitious people who want to join the team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate and define hiring plan with managers according to business needs
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle (search and headhunt candidates, conduct HR interviews, organize technical interviews, prepare standard documentation during recruitment process)
  • Strategising different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation and sourcing campaigns
  • Finding and engaging active / passive candidates through various channels

YOUR PROFILE

  • Deep understanding of Ukrainian IT market and trends
  • Knowledge of the best recruitment practices
  • Strong networking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build and lead full cycle recruitment process
  • Logical and analytical thinking
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Results-driven and numbers-oriented
