WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a driven sourcing specialist to join our recruitment team to help manage our Software Engineering hiring pipeline. You will be helping to search for talented and ambitious people who want to join the team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate and define hiring plan with managers according to business needs
- Lead the full recruitment cycle (search and headhunt candidates, conduct HR interviews, organize technical interviews, prepare standard documentation during recruitment process)

GOOD TO HAVE
- Proven experience of partnering with teams during times of rapid growth
