About the Compliance Officer role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Compliance colleague who wants to be a part of a young, growing international company. You will be contributing to our current compliance processes and work closely with our Corporate Department.
The Compliance Officer must be a professional with proven experience in managing information flow and establishing and monitoring a compliance management system.
You should be a self starter and a strategic thinker who is not afraid of implementation and cares about communication.
Responsibilities
- Support developing and rolling out company policies
- Establish & monitor compliance management system
- Handle risk screening process
- Monitor operational processes and procedures
- Communicate with external Data Protection Officer
- Maintaining records of process activities
- Assist with due diligence process for M&A
Requirements
- Master of Legal Studies or in a relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience with compliance
- Good communication both written and verbally
- Fluent English (both verbal and written), additional languages are a plus (incl. Chinese, German, Bulgarian, Swedish)
- Strong understanding of working in a multicultural environment
- Working experience in businesses which transition from start-up to scale-up phase is preferred
- Experience in the IT / gaming industry is desirable
