Opportunity

  • Invent a signature look for a world class, iconic IP on a new unannounced project!
  • Define craft standards for the UI/Graphic Design discipline
  • Collaborate with Art Director to define a new stylized look and feel
  • Liaison between Art and Design for user experience

Leader In Craft

  • Modern Tools/Techniques: Comfortable in a variety of concept techniques, (i.e SketchUp, Zbrush, thumbnails, light blocking etc.) With an Insight for when to use which tool or technique for the right effect.
  • Graphic Design: strong command of typography, iconography, composition, color theory, Gestalt theory and where to apply these techniques
  • UX: Understands Information Flow
  • Working Smart: Understand when to whitebox, when to mock-up and when to implement for the best use of time and impact
  • Platforms: Ability to design and implement UI for multiple platforms and understands those tradeoffs
  • Craft standards: Establish and maintain team standards
  • End result: Must be able to pull all the above into a compelling end result that enhances game for players in an immersive experience.
