Cxmmunity is a nonprofit organization, committed to increasing minority participation in esports through STEAM, operations, and career development. Founded to end barriers to entry and underrepresentation in esports, Cxmmunity provides minorities living in underserved communities with the opportunity to take part within the gaming industry by creating programs to give access to industry leaders, internships, and full-time jobs.
Position Summary
The Education Program Evaluator is a role that will work to evaluate & establish credibility with both internal & external stakeholders or entities regarding educational programs that are offered within Cxmmunity. This position works in tandem with our education & operations teams to ensure we are building & measuring our curriculum within a set of educational standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide feedback on current educational programming & best practices for guiding towards various certifications, accreditations, or other education initiatives.
- Work with the Lead Facilitator & other education team members to develop feedback forms, surveys, and other means of measuring engagement or program quality.
- Educate internal team members within the organization about standards or best practices to recognize or prioritize for programming within specific education sectors.
- Shadow various offerings from Cxmmunity & their education program
- Create and distribute monthly start of program kick-off announcements internally along with external wrap-up reports with KPIs and progress towards goals for the evaluation.
- Work with Cxmmunity leadership to create the resourcing plan & strategy for achieving goals set that are related to student, career, and professional readiness or preparation
- Maintain clear organization of materials, files, and folders within our education programs through our OneDrive and SharePoint
- Work cross functionally to ensure compliance of program outputs, budgeting, & reporting
- Build recommendations and strategies following audits of program quality, outcomes, and future goals
Position Requirements
- Be in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA, or a neighboring area
- Previous experience working with curriculum, accreditation, or education certifications
- Communicate effectively with leadership & other internal team members on what you need to best drive success in this role & yield results
- Be on-time with expectations for deliverables on projects & work autonomously
- Understand how to create & maintain relationships with various levels of organizations
- Able to lead weekly & monthly meeting(s) to share updates across area of operation
